Baggage Bulkhead Work
With the Wear Blocks fabricated I needed to drill them to the bulkhead and install the nutplates on the bulkhead.

I used duct tape to help hold the wear blocks into position so I could flip over the bulkhead to ensure they were centered. As it turns out the vertical wear blocks shifted slightly when I drilled the bulkhead, but not enough to be of any consequence.

I then drilled the nutplates to the F-706 Bulkhead. To make riveting them to the bulkhead easier, I chose to install them parallel to the exterior skins rather than horizontal as depicted on the plans.
