Trimmed and Drilled Upper Baggage Bulkhead

As the title says, it was time to trim and drill the upper baggage bulkhead.

I used a paint stirrer with a few holes drilled in it to mark the arcs for trimming, which I cut using my band saw.

After cutting I sanded the edges smooth and started marking the locations for the mounting holes, which I then pilot-drilled with a #40 bit.

I used duct tape to hold the upper portion in place along a horizontal line I had drawn a line on the lower bulkhead.

I then drilled the upper bulkhead to the F-706 bulkhead again with a #40 bit. My plan worked great and the alignment is perfect.
